1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) by the Seller, Sergey Gennadevich Rogozhin, to conclude a retail purchase and sale agreement for goods via remote means, in accordance with Articles 435, 437, 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.2. Acceptance (acceptance) of this offer is the placement and payment of an Order by the Buyer on the Website https://childofnature.store/.
1.3. The Seller manufactures (prints) goods on an individual order basis. Ready-made serial goods are not kept in stock.
1.4. By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and fully agree with the terms of this offer and the Privacy Policy.
3.1. The Seller undertakes to manufacture Goods according to the Buyer’s individual order, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Offer.
3.2. All Goods are manufactured exclusively after the order is placed and 100% prepayment is received.
4.1. Product images displayed on the Website are for demonstration purposes only and are examples of possible product designs.
4.2. The actual appearance of the finished product may differ slightly from the demonstration image depending on printing characteristics, materials, and color reproduction.
5.1. The Buyer has the right to provide the Seller with their own image, text, or other content for printing on the Goods.
5.2. By submitting materials, the Buyer guarantees that they are the copyright holder or have legal rights to use them, and that their use does not infringe the rights of third parties.
5.3. If third-party claims are brought against the Seller related to copyright infringement, the Buyer undertakes to compensate the Seller for all losses incurred.
6.1. Prices for Goods are indicated on the Website.
6.2. Payment is made using the methods available on the Website (through the Robokassa payment system).
6.3. The order is sent for production only after full payment is received.
7.1. Delivery is carried out by the method chosen by the Buyer. The list of available methods and costs are indicated on the Website.
7.2. Delivery times depend on the region and the chosen delivery service.
8.1. Important: All products are made-to-order specifically for you.
8.2. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color mismatch.
8.3. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
8.4. To request a refund due to a defect, please provide a photo showing the issue to our customer support email: sergeirogozhin88@gmail.com
9.1. By placing an Order, the Buyer gives their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”
9.2. Data processing is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the Order and in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are written in English and Russian. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English and Russian versions, the English version shall prevail, as it is the primary language of business and customer communication.
